Assessment and Care Planning for People with Cancer

Macmillan Cancer Support has recently developed a new information booklet for people affected by cancer.
The booklet, entitled ‘Assessment and Care Planning for People with Cancer’ explains the assessment and care planning process, what the patient can expect at each stage and how they can get the most out of it and develop a care plan that is useful to them. This booklet has been developed with input from healthcare professionals and people affected by cancer.
