CLIC Sargent Policy Review for Young Survivors

Wednesday, November 17th, 2010

CLIC Sargent has carried out a policy review into the services available to support survivors of childhood cancer following treatment.

This policy review, available to download below, looks at what guidance, practice and policy exists for those providing services to survivors of cancer in England aged up to 25.

The review considers what young people themselves say about their needs, examines where current services are meeting those needs and how survivors can be supported more effectively.

This report is the latest addition to the NCSI’s Children and Young People’s project group and will be of great value to commissioners, policy makers and service providers from across the health, education and social care sectors.
