How to Engage with Employers

There are a number of high quality resources available to support both employees with cancer and their employers. The challenge arises in how to make employers aware of these resources and to encourage them to use them. To this end, the NCSI ran a workshop attended by experts from industry, the government, employer organisations and charities to look at how we best communicate this message to employers. The resulting report summarises the enormous range of constructive suggestions from the workshop and provides invaluable advice for someone seeking to engage with employers.
