For those interested in commissioning services and supporting the Children and Young Peoples cancer survivorship agenda, join us at the Children and Young Peoples cancer survivorship 4th national workshop in London on the 23rd September 2010. This will be an exciting interactive day where the test sites and those working on the cross cutting themes nationally will be sharing the successes, outcomes and evidence of testing models of care.
The focus of the day is presenting the evidence that will be used to advise and inform decision makers who are responsible for providing clinical and non-clinical services in the future, linking the patient pathway with Quality, Innovation, Productivity and Personalised patient care & involvement.
