Building the evidence: Developing the winning principles for children and young people  

This publication draws together the different strands of work that are nearing completion to provide a basis on which to design functional models of care that deliver on the five domains in the DH consultative document “Liberating the NHS: Transparency in outcomes – a framework for the NHS” (July 2010).

Teenage and Young Adult Aftercare Pathway: Level 1&2 

Stakeholders within the Children and Young People National Cancer Survivorship Initiative, have developed a national pathway that identifies how follow up for children and young people can be delivered in line with current pressures and aspirations.

Teenage and Young Adult Aftercare Pathway: Level 3

The pathway builds upon the learning from varied national testing work and will help inform commissioners of the requirements of children and young people living with and surviving cancer.
