National Cancer Survivorship Initiative

Children and Young People Test Sites

Sites Across the UK

There are 10 NCSI Children and Young People Test Sites involved in this project, 9 of which are clinical.  2 of these, plus 4 additional sites, form part of the Assessment and Care Planning Test Communities

The Children and Young People Cancer Survivorship Interactive pathway is also now available.   This pathway demonstrates the evidence underpinning each point along the pathway which has been tested in our ten national test sites.  The models of care underpinning the pathway have been prototyped by four of the test sites and have had significant health professional and patient input to help develop the final pathways.
